Adult team registration now includes liability insurance at no extra cost. Accident insurance is available for an additional cost of $200.00 per team through RPS Bollinger. To register your league, please contact your local district commissioner. Leagues must have four or more teams to be considered a league. To register adult independent teams that do not participate in a league, please contact the state office at 717-545-1217. Thank You!

USA Softball of PA Objectives
As defined in Article 1.02 of the ASA of PA Code, the objectives of the Association shall be:
(a) To promote amateur softball within the boundaries assigned to the Association by the Amateur Softball Association of America, for all persons regardless of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin or ancestry.
(b) To promote all phases of amateur softball including Men's, Women's, Youth, Industrial, Church, Fraternal and Civic.
(c) To establish uniform softball rules and regulations that can be observed by all its members.

LOECHNER SCHOLARSHIP
The purpose of this scholarship shall be to provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll at The Pennsylvania State University who are the sons or daughters of members of the Amateur Softball Association or who are themselves members of the Amateur Softball Association of Pennsylvania.

USA Softball of Pennsylvania is formerly called the Pennsylvania Amateur Softball Association (PAASA)/USA Softball. We are a national volunteer driven, not-for-profit organization based in Oklahoma City, OK. USA Softball was founded in 1933 and has evolved into the strongest softball organization in the country. The growth and development of the association led the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) to name ASA the National Governing Body of Softball, pursuant to the Amateur Sports Act of 1978. In 2015, ASA/USA Softball announced a re-brand of the organization to USA Softball, which would be effective September 1, 2016.
